It’s your gateway to the world of entrepreneurship. This immersive program allows students to develop real projects based on tangible market opportunities. Here, you don’t just learn; you transform into an agent of change, acquiring essential entrepreneurial skills that are crucial both now and in the future.

4 MODULES, 17 BOOTCAMPS AND 1 INNOVATION WEEK FAIR

Unleash Your Inner Entrepreneur!
MODULE #1

An immersive dive into a creative atmosphere where fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship and innovation are explored. Through interactive activities, students discover their potential and expectations, laying the motivational foundation for their projects.

MODULE #2

A journey of discovery, where young people learn the importance of research and contextual exploration, using essential tools to investigate and analyse real challenges.

MODULE #3

This is where creativity takes flight! Students are guided through a structured process that encourages out-of-the-box thinking and the generation of innovative solutions that can be turned into reality.

MODULE #4

The time to make it happen! Ideas are transformed into prototypes and, subsequently, into real solutions. This module develops project-based thinking, allowing young people to effectively plan and execute their solutions.

INNOVATION WEEK FAIR

Students will present their solutions at the Venture Tracks Access Innovation Fair, through pitches to fellow students, teachers, staff, and parents.

It’s a high-intensity journey that challenges students to develop entrepreneurial projects based on real challenges set by partner companies. Here you will have the opportunity to create solutions that can genuinely drive businesses forward.

5 ADVANCED MODULES, 17 BOOTCAMPS, 1 COMMERCIAL WEEK AND 1 INESTOR DAY

Turn Ideas into Reality!
MODULE #1

Understanding the importance of identifying real, significant, and frequent problems that need solving. Development of the problem framework and selection of opportunities from real company briefings.

MODULE #2

Understanding the process of building solutions, learning ideation methodologies, and collaboratively generating ideas. Creation of the Business Model Canvas and development of a basic P&L.

MODULE #3

Testing whether the solution addresses the identified problem. Designing and testing prototypes, user interaction, fast and dynamic research, business model pivoting, and product adjustments.

MODULE #4

Transforming the prototype into a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), designing go-to-market strategies, selling during a commercial week, validating hypotheses, learning, and revising the business case.

MODULE #5

Understanding the need to build the best strategies for the business model to ensure successful execution and sales. Developing a robust business plan, identifying funding sources (internal or external), and crafting an impactful pitch deck.

THE ULIS TANK-EVENT

Where student-developed startups will pitch their businesses to partner companies and real investors, with the opportunity to secure stakes.

Venture Tracks will be held at the campus of the United Lisbon International School, located at Avenida Marechal Gomes da Costa no 9.

When?

Every Wednesday from 3:45 PM to 5:15 PM, from September 25th to February 5th, for both programs.

We are happier when are immerse in an exciting environment of learning.

We need to establish a new paradigm of teaching-learning process.

ACTIVE PARTICIPATION

Interactive activities, discussions, group projects, and hands-on experiences to encourage participants active involvement. This promotes a sense of ownership and allows people to apply what they learn in real-life contexts.

RELEVANT AND MEANINGFUL CONTENT

More likely to be engaged when participants see the relevance and meaning behind what they are learning. Connect the curriculum to their interests, passions, and real-world examples.

VARIED TEACHING METHODS

Multimedia presentations, group work, experiential activities, technology-based learning tools and gamification.

COLLABORATIVE LEARNING

Group projects, discussions, and peer-to-peer interactions foster social connections and active learning. Middle and High schoolers often enjoy working with their peers, sharing ideas, and learning from one another.

CHOICE AND AUTONOMY

Fair parcel of control and choice. Options for assignments or projects, allowing participants to explore their interests within the given framework. Providing autonomy helps high's to feel a sense of ownership and motivation in their learning process.

TECHNOLOGY

Technology and digital resources to enhance learning experiences. Multimedia elements, interactive online platforms, digital apps, and virtual simulations to make learning more dynamic and appealing as used in real life.

HOW DO I KNOW THIS CONTENT IS RELEVANT?

Based on the experience of our mentors and the Liquid Entrepreneur Team, we developed this program especially for high school students, adapting contents and methodologies widely validated in the executive, startups and academic world. 

When comparing with few programs offered by some of the most recognized universities, we can see that we are covering the essentials. We are going even further in some important details for the best advantage of this age group, within their level of understanding and learning style.

Methodological Partner

Founded and led by Ana Paula Kloeckner, who specializes in Purposeful Game Development, Innovation, and Design Thinking, with a focus on transforming ideas into projects and businesses, Flow.er is an EdTech that creates human-centered solutions like platforms, courses, and games to enhance innovation, creativity, agility, and assertiveness in people and companies.  

This year, Liquid Innovation Co and Flow.er crafted tailored methodologies for the Venture Tracks courses, designed to broaden the range of practical and innovative strategies. These enhancements are set to boost students’ creativity and deepen their engagement in the projects they develop.

Mentors

Our mentors combine experience with a youthful, contemporary spirit.

The objective is not to teach a lesson, but to guide the steps, through an empathetic language, which connects with young people on an equal basis. Collaboration, responsibility and empowerment are key in this process of inspiration and transfer of method and experience. Enhancing self-steam and unleash the leadership attitude are part of our goals as mentorship process.

Egon Barbosa

Former director of strategy and innovation for The Coca-Cola Company for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Egon is specialist in brand management and new business models. With more than 30 years of experience, between the corporate world and the startup ecosystem, as Co-founder of Liquid Entrepreneur, Egon is now dedicated to helping entrepreneurs grow through disruptive and scalable digital products and companies innovate with impact. Co founder of Fabrica e Startups Brazil, Startup mentor, investor and entrepreneurship programs facilitator at Liquid Entrepreneur and Fabstart/Fábrica de Startups.

André Marquet

Entrepreneur and product manager passionate about technology and innovation. Dounder and CEO of Productized, an innovation firm focused on early-stage startups in digital tech products for corporations. With more than 20 years of experience, consulted with dozens of companies, including some of the most successful startups in Europe Co-founder of the startup accelerator Beta-i. Frequent speaker at conferences and events and lecturing at various Universities, including Católica Lisbon, ISEG Lisbon, and IE Madrid. Engineer with a Master's degree in Telecom and CS Engineering from ISCTE Lisbon.

Ana Paula Kloeckner​

Founder and Executive Director at Flow.er. PhD and master's degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and bachelor's degree in Management from the University of Vale do Rio dos Sinos. Specialist in Purposeful Game Development, Entrepreneurial Education, Project Management, Agility, Creativity, Innovation and Design Thinking. Author of the book Fast Startup Design and Entrepreneurship: a path beyond tools, she developed the game Challenge®️, Great Explorers and other games. She works to transform ideas into new projects and businesses. She is enthusiastic about the topic of innovation and driven by new challenges.

Pedro Teixeira​​

Partnerships Manager at Startup Lisboa & Unicorn Factory Lisboa. Pedro has also worked as a Membership Manager at Startup Lisboa, a Strategy & Acceleration Consultant at EDP Comercial, an Operations Team Member at Uniplaces, and a Business Developer at Winning. He holds a BSc in Management and an MSc in Marketing. In his free time, he enjoys karate, having practiced for more than 15 years as an athlete and now as a coach.​ Additionally, he plays amateur soccer and is passionate about music—not just listening to it, but also playing.​

Filipa Larangeira

Founder and CEO of Newmanity School, Filipa has a versatile background in marketing, sales, law, quality management, leadership coaching, and human resources. She has extensive experience gained in major companies such as Unilever, Nokia, Vision-Box, and Miniclip. Her primary goal now is to develop the education of the future with an approach that is both human-centered and friendly. And now, she join us in to educate youth entrepreneurs in their journey.
